Q. What is the shelf life of your products? A. Our products are best enjoyed within 6 months of purchase when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Q. What is the lead time for Fundraising Products?
A. Please allow 4 business days for processing, in addition to transit time, for all non-personalized fundraising products. Standard lead time for personalized fundraising products is 3-4 weeks, which may be extended during the summer months. Q. Can I return an item?
