Gift-YUMS! Refund & Exchange Policy
At Gift-YUMS! LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to provide the highest quality products, we understand that issues may arise. Please carefully review our updated policy regarding refunds and exchanges for food and candy products.
Refund Policy Overview:
No Returns on Food Products:
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on food items, including Corn-YUMS! Crunchy Corn Chips, Puff-YUMS! Candy Puffcorn and Pop-YUMS! Flavorful Popcorn. This policy ensures the safety and quality of our products for all customers.
Eligibility for Exchange:
Defective or Damaged Items Only:
Exchanges are only available if the item was defective or damaged upon delivery. If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. You will need to provide proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the issue.

Please notify us of any defects or damage within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to Process an Exchange:

Contact Us:
Email us at hello@GiftYUMS.com with your order number, details of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective product. -
Return Shipping:
Once we approve the exchange, we will provide instructions on how to return the defective product. We will cover shipping costs for the return of defective or incorrect items. -
Replacement:
After we receive the defective item and verify the issue, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Opened or consumed products
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Sale items or promotional items
- Products that have been tampered with or damaged post-delivery
Late or Missing Refunds (for approved cases):
If a refund is approved (in exceptional circumstances), it will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated period:
- Check with your bank or credit card provider for any pending transactions.
- If the refund is still missing, contact us at hello@GiftYUMS.com, and we will assist you.
Gifts:
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, any approved refunds or exchanges will result in a gift credit for the value of the item. If a refund is necessary, a gift certificate will be issued.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping for Exchanges: If the product is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- Non-Refundable Shipping: Shipping costs for non-defective or non-damaged items are non-refundable.
- Tracking and Insurance: For exchanges involving products over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
