Puffey's Candy Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Puffey's Candy Co., LLC. We strive to provide you with the finest confections, and your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refund policy below:

30-Day Return Window: If 30 days have passed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Exemptions from Return: Certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Receipt or Proof of Purchase: To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds: In specific situations, partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error.
  • The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original method of payment within a specified time frame.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund, please first check your bank account. Contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If the issue persists, reach out to us at info@Puffeys.com.

Sale Items: Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item, please email us at info@Puffeys.com and send the item to: 2635 Napa St., Vallejo, CA, 94590, United States.

Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once processed, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the gift giver will receive the refund notification.

Shipping Returns: To return your product, please mail it to: 2635 Napa St., Vallejo, CA, 94590, United States. You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

For items over $75, consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
